Hi there, I’ve heard good things about a web hosting provider called: Hostodo since a couple of years ago, I remember their good offers of OpenVZ VPS instances through the Web Hosting Talk Forum, well since them, Hostodo have been growing a lot, they now offer Premium KVM and NVMe KVM VPS plans. Since a couple of months ago, I’ve been using a little NVMe KVM VPS instance under their web hosting services, a Miami located one and until now it’s the fastest VPS that I ever have used and the first one that works with streaming services like Netflix as a VPN service.
Review
In this post I’ll be reviewing the performance of NVME-KVM-512 Miami, FL plan, this VPS include:

- /64 IPv6 Subnet.
- 1 Gbit Port.
Under this VPS instance you can install:

You can manage the VPS instance through a SolusVM panel, once in there you can change rDNS records at any time, also you can install other operating systems via CD-Rom, you must mount the ISO first and change the boot order properly, one of these is a Custom ISO file called: netboot.xyz. Personal Opinion
In my personal opinion, I’m surprised how much Hostodo has grown, I must mention that I had a couple of issues with their OpenVZ VPS instances in the past, that they currently don’t offer it anymore. Also, the technical support via tickets have been improved. I believe the NVME-KVM-512 plan is a modest one, you can consider it as a low-end VPS. By the way, I’m using it as a web server and VPN service, I’ve installed Ubuntu v20.04 Focal via Custom ISO netbook.xyz, it runs smoothly flawless.
Conclusion
I recommend all NVME-KVM VPS plans from Hostodo without a doubt, they’re a reliable web hosting provider and now its web services are powerful enough to develop small-medium-large size projects. I must mention that its support staff are amazing, they will always find a fix to an issue and its sales team will always find the best option for your projects.
