Hi there, Wishosting is (for me) the best low-budget web hosting provider, they have well-balanced servers between resources and price. They offer VPS servers based on OpenVZ and KVM virtualization, some of them are including Network Address Translation (NAT). One favorite thing about Wishosting is that they use OpenNebula panel to manage their servers, most of the similar providers use SolusVM or Virtualizor but let me tell you that OpenNebula is amazingly simple, so, good service, good servers, good prices and a amazing panel manager, that’s Wishosting.
Review
Today I’ll review their OpenVZ Mini HK, a small NAT VPS server with: 1 vCPU core, 256MB RAM, 256MB Swap, 40GB HDD, Bandwidth 100Mbps, Traffic 200GB, IPv4 NAT. That sounds good for 1.99$USD monthly. In these small VPS instances you can install: Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 14.04 32bit, CentOS 6, CentOS 6 32bit, CentOS 7, Debian 7, Debian 7 32bit, Debian 8, Ubuntu 16.04.
Personally, I use this server for testing purpose, also to host some files from time to time and (why not?) as a OpenVPN server. Since this is a very resource limited VPS instance, we can expect a low performance but this is not the case, I find this little server fast and reliable, about downtimes, yes, one so far (since 2017) and was because they migrated the main node to another server so 24 hours offline, of course, they sent me a email notice one week before the migration. Here are some benchmarks:

Conclusion
Wishosting is definitely a good web hosting provider, they offer a good service and a good technical support. I recommend these little servers to everyone who want to testing and learning Linux.
